Coach Mac will carefully analyze your clips and point out key technical areas for improvement. He’ll create a voice-over video that includes slow motion, rewinds, and on-screen markings to highlight form details. At times, he’ll place two clips side by side (for example, a clean strike vs. a mishit) so you can clearly see the differences and understand what adjustments to make.

Film from multiple angles and always make sure Coach Mac can see you for the entire clip. - Field Goals: Film from directly behind the ball/kick so your stance, approach, and follow-through are visible. - Kickoffs: Same as field goals — film from behind the ball/kick with your full approach in view. - Punting: Film from a few different angles. - Behind you (to show alignment and follow-through). - From the side on your kicking-leg side (right side if you’re a right-footed punter, left side if left-footed). - A straight-ahead angle facing you (looking back toward the punter). No need to follow the ball — focus is on your form.

TSend 10–12 individual clips if possible, including both good reps and mis-hits. Coach Mac will sort through them and choose the best examples for your review. Often, he’ll use a side-by-side comparison of a solid rep and a mishit to highlight areas for improvement.

Always film one clip at a time. Do not send long, continuous rolling videos. Single clips make it much easier and faster for Coach Mac to review and provide feedback.

Yes—you’re welcome to send game film. However, since game film often lacks close-up angles of key details (like ball contact or plant foot), it’s strongly recommended that you also include practice clips for the most effective review.

Coach Mac’s goal is to make sure you fully understand the feedback. If you need more clarity, you can text him directly for further explanation. If needed, he’ll also schedule a brief phone call to walk through any additional questions.

The season package includes one review per week, and it’s the player’s responsibility to film and send clips. Coach Mac will not send reminders. If a week is missed, that session is forfeited and cannot be made up. However, if unexpected situations arise, Coach Mac will work with the athlete in a reasonable way to accommodate when possible.
